TEMPORARY LIQUIDITY GUARANTEE PROGRAM
BAY-HERMANN-BERGER BANK is participating in the FDIC's Transaction Account Guarantee Program. Under that program, through
December 31, 2009 all noninterest-bearing transaction accounts are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the
account. Coverage under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program is in addition to and separate from the coverage
available under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules.
BAY-HERMANN-BERGER BANK NEWS COMPROMISING OF DEBIT CARDS You may have heard on the national news of an incident where credit and debit card information was compromised. This compromise occurred at a third party processing center that clears merchant activity and impacted banks nationwide. A few of our cards were within the thousands of cards impacted. If your account was one of the Debit Cards impacted, we will call to inform you that your card will be disabled and a new card and Pin Number issued. Watch for them in the mail. Your Card and Pin Number will be received in separate envelopes. If we cannot reach you by phone we will write you with this information about your card if your card was one that had been affected. We will keep you informed about any additional unauthorized activity. |
